Juan Arroyo has over twenty five years of experience in the field of housing development, finance and sales. He has worked as director and manager of various government agencies and private corporations in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties. He received his Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
